DET SALMON STOPPERS – THE NEUTRALIZER (2 ounce)

Description

The latest spoon in our salmon stopper series is “THE NEUTRALIZER”.  This is a great spoon to start any day with, as it exhibits the perfect fluttering and tumbling action to trigger aggressive to neutral fish.  It’s minnow style shape coupled with a super large eye is just the presentation that the silver fish desire.  As with all our jigging spoons you will only find the best terminal tackle attached to a DET product, this includes 101 lb stainless steel VMC spit rings, and your choice of a 4x Gamakatsu treble or a 4x VMC treble.  Don’t settle for second best, terminal tackle matters big time when we are talking about fighting the mighty King salmon.  These jigging spoons are made 100% in house and are a proud made in Michigan product.

***RIGGING TIPS*** – I prefer using braid for all jigging applications.  Use a quality swivel to tie the braid to a fluorocarbon leader and then use a snap to connect fluorocarbon to the jigging spoon.  If you like tying the braid to the fluorocarbon leader with a connecting knot, it will benefit to use a snap swivel at the end of fluoro to connect to the spoon.  You can also add a split ring at the nose of the spoon if that is a preference for you.  Tying direct is not recommended, as these other options maximize the action of the jigging spoon, as well as reduce line twists.
